individual experienced in an international and multicultural working environment to join us as a
Senior Product Manager Services
Customers in over 70 countries around the globe secure their high precision electricity measurement and
communication with our electricity meters. As Senior Product Manager Services you define the portfolio
strategy for services in EMEA as well as execute plans to increase the market penetration and profitability for
service offers – especially in Switzerland and Germany.
In this key role and as a leader of professional experts in Product Management your main areas of
responsibilities will be the following:
• Define portfolio strategy and roadmap for the service offers
• Close collaboration with sales leads, other PMs and service operations on building winning solutions
• Lifecycle management, owning services offers, Requirement management for the portfolio
• Understand the competitive landscape of the portfolio
• Ensure portfolio profitability, Ownership for the business case for the portfolio
• Launching and managing service offers
• Actively contribute and participate in cross-functional meetings to further define EMEA strategies
and processes
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Shape markets and pave the ground favorable to our services portfolio
• Ensure learnings are seamlessly incorporated into the solutions/services to improve the offering
• Ensure effective communication and interfacing with internal and external parties
This expert position requires:
• University degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical
Engineering, IT or communications
• Extensive years of experience in business to business Product Management for a range of services
with focus on technology industry (metering, utility, telecom)
• Services Experience and Certification, ITIL
• Several years of previous experience in technology industry (metering, utility, telecom, IT)
• Business background in Marketing, Portfolio Management and/or Business Development
• Successful project management in cooperation with numerous interfaces both internally and
externally
• Track record of successful market launches for substantially large service solutions
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities
