System Analyst - Support Functions

Job Beschreibung

Your Mission:

The role ensures development and support of Business Applications related to Ferring support functions with a special focus on managing the legal applications landscape. The role is responsible for driving high quality support and efficient delivery of changes across cloud and on premise applications supporting global business processes.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Efficient IT business applications management according to mutually understood and approved expectations following ITIL Service Management practices


• Analyse functional/process requirements, provide technical analysis/assessments, and deliver technical design specifications


• Analyse change requests and drive technical implementations using external partner when required


• Delivery of project related tasks in a timely manner and according to Ferring IT and Quality standards


• Measurement of delivery and on-going Application services according to agreed SLAs


• Act as moderator/facilitator in regards to communication and interaction within/from own team/customers


• Stay informed about technology developments in order to identify new roadmap items, areas of opportunity, innovation projects and potential shared topics with other competence centre colleagues

Required Competences:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT back ground


• +3 years’ experiences with cloud based systems management


• +3 years’ experience working with business applications deployed across multiple geographies


• Experiences within the legal IT domain will be an asset


• Good understanding of business processes modelling and system architecture


• Excellent communication skills and very capable of building & keeping good working relation with end users, understanding needs and finding solutions supporting requirements within the Global IT standards available


• Open minded, highly analytical and well-structured


• Good interpersonal skills and be able to get along with co-workers


• Fluent in English mandatory
