We are excited to offer this role to a passionate, numbers’ driven team player that enthusiastically take ownership of the financial accounting and reporting of our European and HQ entities within our disruptive global finance team. Acting as global functional lead and with your proven hands-on experience in IFRS and your high IT affinity you will take our financials to the next quality level. In addition to the daily challenges we are facing within our fast-paced environment, you will be the one to push the development and global roll-out of our centralized accounting & reporting processes further. You will shape this role within a flexible and dynamic working environment where every day is a different game and you will have the chance to personally grow with the role.

Your team

Join us as part of the forward thinking and action-oriented international finance team aiming to be both the backbone and the advanced navigator of our speedboat. Your mission:

• Ensure the proper financial accounting as well as the timely month end closing and reporting process for all our European and HQ entities in accordance with corresponding IFRS and local GAAPs


• Independently process daily business, cooperate with other functions and internal subject matter experts as well as local outsourcing partners and set global guidelines for our international group entities (global functional lead)


• Lead/contribute to our group consolidation and internal/external reporting


• Actively challenge, develop and automate our global processes


• Perform internal controls and ensure up-to-date process documentation

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:

• Great passion and 4+ years of practical experience in international financial accounting and reporting, preferably in production or trade/retail environment (IFRS / general accounting & reporting / audit)


• Willingness to take ownership of multiple complex financial topics at a time and having the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and new ways of working


• Ability to consider both the details of the daily business (“hands-on”) as well as the big picture within change and project work related to financial accounting and reporting


• Proven IT affinity and strong expertise in MS Excel


• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills


• Business proficiency in English, German skills are an advantage
