Relationship Manager Assistant EAM (Try + Hire, temporary)

As strategic provider of several financial institutions, we are actively on boarding banking experts. Currently, for a Swiss Private Bank with global reach, we are seeking for an experienced Relationship Manager Assistant EAM for a temporary assignment (extension possible or internalisation).




Tätigkeiten:

• Support Relationship Managers in daily tasks related to customer portfolios

• Deal with the computing, administrative and legal aspects of opening and closing client accounts

• Manage client accounts and transactions (stock market purchases / sales, transfers, check endorsements, cash control, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.)

• Support the relationship managers in KYC-related matters

• Monitor client account balances and account transactions

• Prepare client meetings (documents required for the meeting) and manage client instructions in the absence of the relationship managers

• Plan and assist the relationship managers in their travel arrangements (chase up missing documents, prepare documents)

• Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Handle various administrative tasks

• Ensure strict application of internal and external compliance regulations

Anforderungen:

• Educational background in economics and or similair


• Experience with External Asset Managers (EAM) is a must requirement

• Customer oriented mindset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work under pressure

• Flexibility and positive attitude

• Priority management, organizational skills, efficiency

• Sound IT skills (MS Office)

Sprachen: Fluency in English and German, French and/or Spanish is an advantage
