Job Description

To support our growth Open Web Technology has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical Team Lead inZurich with at least 8 years of development experience.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the technical design of projects we make for our Clients


• Lead and coach our project team and ensure a high-quality standard


• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team.


• Organize and participate in code reviews


• Keep up to date with latest technology trends
  
  

Technical Skills

• At least 8 years of technical development experience with our backend technologies Java / Spring, Scala, .Net, Ruby


• At least 4 years of technical development experience with our frontend technologies Angular, React, or Mobile Native language iOS Android.


• Proven experience in coaching, managing and leading inter-cultural teams


• Strong experience with web design and service information architecture


• Experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment and DevOps culture


• Strong experience with web architecture including database design, REST service


• Participate to Agile Project (Scrum, Kanban)


• Fluent in German and English. French a plus


• Be a strong and well-respected contributor in our CI/CD
