These will be your tasks
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will help us ensure that our supply chain matches the requirements of our state-of-the-art online grocery model. In this position:
You will be part of the Logistics team and significantly contribute to the build-up of the MIACAR supply chain
Your work will focus on translating the rapidly growing business requirements into the planning and implementation of scalable logistic processes and infrastructure components (e.g., design and ramp-up of the distribution center)
You will take ownership of and drive development topics on your own and in close collaboration with our suppliers and partners
You're offering these qualifications
2+ years of experience in the supply chain domain - grocery/e-commerce focus is a plus
Ideally hands-on experience in designing and building up e-commerce logistics components (e.g., warehouse/distribution center)
Alternatively, 2+ years experience in a top strategy consulting firm
Solid understanding of state-of-the-art supply chain processes and technologies
Deep analytical and business intelligence capabilities
Passion for building companies with a strong hands-on attitude
Fluency in German and English - an additional Swiss language is a plus
Master’s degree with outstanding academic results
Passion for digital/e-commerce industries
Willingness to travel regularly between Bern and Zurich
