Junior Business Analyst - Credit Risk Management (contracting)

As strategic provider of several financial institutions, we are actively on boarding banking experts. Currently, for a Swiss Bank with global reach, we are seeking for an experienced Business Analyst for a temporary assignment of 6 months (extension possible).




Tätigkeiten:

• Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
  


• Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
  


• Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
  


• Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
  


• Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
  


• Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
  

Anforderungen:

• Experience as business analyst or similar position ( at least 1-2 years)
  


• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  


• Experience in process management / design
  


• Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
  


• Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
  


• Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
  


• Excellent communication skills in English
  


• (Credit) Risk experience and understanding  would be a plus
  


• Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
  

Sprachen: Fluent in English, every additional language is an advantage
