Partner Manager Care to Sales (f/m) 100%Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich)Duties and responsibilities:
Support the Front line, under direction against specific plans, to assist with the delivery of the C2S strategy and roadmap, by effectively implementing all key change and improvement initiatives within the team as required, and helping to deliver all sales, service and revenue targets against the operational plan for their team of Sales Coach’s
Conduct weekly Sales performance reviews with partners and internal to drive performance versus targets, address and resolve any sales issues flagged
Attend weekly C2S meetings articulating performance to date and updates with actions to drive to achieve targets/barriers
Provide day-to-day support to the front line population – answering queries, coaching, systems usage, helping them overcome objections or difficulties, and equipping agents to deal with increasing cross sales offers made to customers
Defining C2S offers in alignment with Sales, ensuring the frontline is briefed and all systems (fairpay/Beqom are updated). This includes defining commissions
Responsible for correct commission payments of sales
Leader and drive on site sales coaches, developing campaigns and building and then maintaining a high performing teams which consistently delivers a ‘Wow’ customer experience in terms of care 2 sales ratio and conversion
Provide bespoke group and individual coaching interventions across the campaigns directorate in line with business / key stakeholder requirements
Qualifications:
University or similar, alternatively commercial training and in-depth professional experience
Experience of working and leading in a dynamic sales environment
Proven track record in delivering results also under high pressure
Excellent leadership and people coaching skills
Highly effective communicator and fluent English, any other language is an advantage
Ability to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving mentality
Analytical skills and be comfortable with maintaining a detailed focus on operational metrics
Travel required min 3 times per month
Teamplayer with can-do and hands-on mentality
