A challenging role within the Finance area of International Wealth Management in Credit Suisse. International Wealth Management (IWM) is one of the most successful divisions of the bank that is awarded by Euromoney as The World’s Best Bank for Wealth Management in 2019. You will be part of a team who is the financial navigator of IWM Lending businesses, and also support cross-divisional collaborations inside Credit Suisse to present the bank’s full range of capabilities to its clients. In your role you will:

• Have the chance to contribute to the financial steering of IWM’s lending business such as planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  


• You will be part of a highly motivated team in an international, dynamic and diverse environment


• Your tasks will include tracking performance against financial plans and provide financial transparency to management and business stakeholders


• In this position you will represent and support IWM interests in the cross-divisional collaboration framework called “Single Global Currency”


• You will help to develop collaborations with other Divisions by incentivizing, measuring and rewarding the cross-divisional transactions


• Take the chance to participate in steering framework optimization of IWM lending business and prepare management reporting of lending business within the IWM Division


• Deliver defined or ad-hoc optimization projects & investigations in collaborations with COO offices of Lending stakeholders


• You will be responsible for generating lending analytics and provide significant insights to drive business and IWM PTI


• Foster automation & deployment of an efficient finance set-up through collaboration with team members in Wroclaw


• Back up IWM Coverage BAs Finance Teams on all of their Lending capabilities inquiries


• Build up your network while working in a cross-cultural and global environment with direct exposure to Business and Finance stakeholders in various locations of Credit Suisse (Zurich, London, New York City, Wroclaw, Milan, Luxemburg, Pune, Sao Paolo etc.)

You Offer

 

• You are a self-starter person who thinks ahead, and is persistent with high motivation and a “bring it up - sort it out” attitude


• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance or equivalent


• Experience in financial reporting, preferably in financial services industry


• You are passionate about finance and understand the importance of supporting functions in driving business results


• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills: you see the whole-picture and are keen to deep-dive into the details if required


• Advisory flair and a high level of client-orientation with ability to deal with people whatever their level of seniority


• Strong communication skills and ability to further consensus in decisional processes and challenging /multi-stakeholders initiatives

• Fluent in English; any other European language is an advantage
