Bio-Rad in Cressier/Switzerland is looking for a Divisional Customer Support Supervisor (Hardware/Application Support).

Responsibilities

• You lead, coach and coordinate the support team, define priorities and make relevant decisions.


• You manage internal and external customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.


• You are responsible for the efficiency of work flows; you optimize processes related to service and training delivery, in order to improve customer satisfaction.


• Your teams are accountable to set up and manage international workshops, editing newsletters, provide on-site support and other technical support activities.


• You lead, advance and motivate your team.

Qualifications

• You bring sound technical knowledge, ideally in Electronics, software and/or in regulated medical devices field.


• You have 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a medical technology or diagnostics environment.


• You have experience in managing a team and proven leadership skills.


• You have sound knowledge in process management (Six Sigma / LSS).


• You feel at ease using customer service management and reporting tools.


• You are fluent in English. Any other language (especially German and/or French) is a plus


• You are ready to travel, mostly in Europe.
