Your Role


The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Amaris growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimised business conditions.


The department is to support Amaris' decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.


Thanks to de exponential growth of the Amaris Group, the Administrative & Finance department has to adapt to a financialdigitalization in order to focus on innovation, productivity and efficiency.


Your Role


The Controlling Team main objective is to produce and analyse financial data in the aim of producing Gap analysis by using specific tools for the Group.


Team remain to support the decision-making and reduce the closingdate.


In other words, you will:



  • Manage and train a dynamic team in the controlling department

  • Consolidate the P&L of the group subsidiaries

  • Analyse and explain the variations and the gaps of the group

  • Review and challenge the analysis made by the Administrative and Financial Managers

  • Supervise the monthly closing process of the group

  • Review the WeeklyManagementReport production

  • Be in charge of data consolidation of the group (gap analysis, adjustments…)

  • Take part of the development of our tools

Ideal profile



  • You have a Master Degree with a major in Corporate Finance from a Business School

  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an internationalteam

  • Fluent in French

  • You have a significant and successful experience in Controlling of minimum 3-4 years

  • You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

  • You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation

  • You are creative with a criticalmindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department

  • An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group
