We are currently looking to recruit Global Head of Quality Management who will support successful global business growth by optimizing all operational quality related activities. In this position you will work closely with CEO. 

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and developing QM/QA teams in Switzerland and across Europe


• Managing existing manufacturing programs, budgeting and operational support for development of new products


• Managing technology transfer activities to various manufacturing sites across Europe


• Maintaining and strategically developing a QMS that meets the requirements of the business and ISO 9001


• Ensuring correct and cost-effective use of the company resources


• Introducing the risk-based system for the qualification, monitoring and further development of all quality-relevant processes

Your profile:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering


• Minimum five years of professional experience from the manufacturing industry


• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt


• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English and German  


• Able to work collaboratively internally and externally


• Strong analytical skills and project management skills


• Strong organizational skills and time management skills


• Highly organized with very strong attention to detail and collaborative approach


• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with focus on risk management


• Willingness to travel within Europe
