Greenliff is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a strong background in Linux OS and Networking who will function as a DevOps administrator for a small and growing company.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong Linux and Networking background and some understanding of the Windows PC platform. You will be comfortable working independently and have a natural drive to not only ensure system stability and reliability, but to also anticipate future requirements and keep the system up to date on the latest upgrades and technologies. You will also possess the necessary skills to maintain infrastructure for a small office (software and hardware).

 

Your role:

• 3 years of experience in System Administration


• Solid experience in Linux and Network administration


• Experience in maintaining development environment and tools: continuous integration, code and document repositories


• Knowledge of standards and best practices in IT security (VPN, antivirus/antimalware, encryption, backup etc)


• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server / Client a plus


• Experience with virtualization technologies a plus


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and/or German)
