The Position
Are you currently looking to join a company passionate about technology? We are currently looking for a Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our Finance team in our Zurich office! The chosen candidate will be responsible for looking after our Global Salesforce instances, across not only EMEA, but also APAC and Australia.
This position will report into the Enterprise Systems Director.
Responsibilities
Take over full system administration responsibility of KAYAK’s Global Salesforce instances with a confirmed focus on Australia/APAC territory. Work with Commercial teams to design new processes and workflows, help with building new Salesforce features, perform testing and validation.
Lead KAYAK’s global user permission scheme to be aligned with SOX regulations.
Lead data migration, application link and 3rd party tools projects to fully embed KAYAK’s Salesforce instances into the Enterprise Systems landscape through business application integration tools (i.e. Workato).
Co-ordinate the global deployment process with internal and external development teams.
Monitor all systems to ensure cleanliness of data, accuracy of supplier assignments and to ultimately ensure that reporting needs of Account Management/ Business Development and Finance teams are met.
Optimize Salesforce structure and adapt to interpersonal changes i.e. account/contract structure, establish hierarchies, teams, regions.
Requirements/Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a computer science discipline, or equivalent applicable experience.
4+ years SFDC sales cloud administrator related experience.
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required (ADM 201).
Extensive experience with data migration in to SFDC for objects including but not limited to accounts, contacts, cases, leads and opportunities and custom objects.
Experience with large, complex Salesforce.com implementations, including maintenance of Visualforce pages, Apex classes, AppExchange solutions and integrations to third party applications.
Experience on SFDC business workflow design.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning transition or component development.
Finance /ERP knowledge/experience is helpful.
