Security Operations Engineer

We are looking for new colleagues to join our infrastructure security team. As an experienced  Security Operations Engineer.  You support and maintain our infrastructure security, you manage implementation of security concepts, and requests coming from the business.

 

Your responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining security infrastructure (monitoring, troubleshooting and upgrades)


• Contributing to the global security and the datacenter protection


• Support the day-to-day administration of security devices


• Researching potential items of risk, vulnerability and opportunities in the infrastructure


• Managing security events


• Doing 2nd and 3nd level support


• Develop monitoring and automation solutions


• Be involved in technical projects related to security


• Participating to 24/7 on-call duty service


• Having fun finding solutions =)

 

Profile

• Education degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent


• At least 4 years’ of relevant work experience in Infrastructure Security, keeping-up the latest technology trends


• Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure security (Intrusion Prevention Systems, SSL-VPN, Site2Site VPN, global antivirus infrastructure, email gateway and next-generation firewall)


• Good knowledge in scripting languages with PowerShell, Python, etc is an asset


• Good understanding of network infrastructure, especially in IP-Ethernet, routing and switching environment


• Strong communicator, proficiency in English and French or German


• Autonomous and team player


• Pro-active, positive attitude, work with passion


• Resilient and stress-resistant, able to work in ambiguous environment

Professional requirements

• Education degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent

Languages
