To strengthen our team in Regensdorf, Chur and Sargans we seek to fill the following position immediately:

BIM Functional Manager 

Job description: 

• Manage the BIM department across all locations (CH, AT, NO, ES, CZ)


• Ensure internal development of BIM method and competences of employees


• Ensure knowledge management around BIM topics and digitalisation


• Ensure projects are state of the art 


• Execution of internal Projects


• Support for personnel recruitment and development


• Support in creation of the sales budget 


• Support in acquisition and customer care

Your profile: 

• Completed apprenticeship as a draughtsperson (EFZ) / designer / architect / engineer with further education in BIM


• Several years of work experience 


• Good knowledge of 2D/3D AutoCAD as well as other modelling software (Rhino, Dynamo, Revit, Grasshopper) 


• Good knowledge of 5D BIM as well as information and data management


• Interest in best using existing software, enhancing it whenever required, and testing new software/workflows


• Interest in contributing to work on international large-scale projects


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a member of an effective team


• Flexible attitude


• Excellent knowledge of German and English both written and verbal
