  • You a permanent position to provide professional, collaborative and cohesive Client Management services to the business domains through a continuous dialogue with business partners to ensure solutions are deployed effectively, adopted appropriately and expected benefits are delivered.

  • You a platform to provide expert guidance and advice to business partners in terms of strategic planning and implementation of corporate services, initiatives and projects whilst also taking wider business priorities, risks and opportunities into account.

  • You will ensure quality and consistency of service delivery and timely resolution of problems by establishing and maintaining an effective relationship with internal and external service providers and regularly reviewing reporting and feedback processes.

  • You will have the responsibility to define the work pipeline by maintaining a holistic overview of all activities underway for the business domain and managing business expectations on involvement level, governance requirements and time-to-market.

  • Are you keen to engage with business and IT clients, project managers, application owners, support and vendor management to ensure a clear understanding of overall business objectives and priorities and the alignment of IT deliverables and services against these objectives?

You Offer

 



  • A Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent and gained at least 5 years’ experience in a financial institution or comparably large organization.

  • You have the affinity to build positive relationships through good stakeholder management combined with strong client skills to deliver needs-based solutions and a best-of-class client experience.

  • You have extraordinary interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.

  • You are fluent in German and English to lead meetings, write and present reports and negotiate agreements in both languages.
