For the location in Zurich we are looking for a Chocolate Academy Manager


 


Tasks



  • Chocolate Academy Course program: Create and develop an annual course program for the academy, give several courses in this program and coordinate courses with ambassadors and Technical Advisors


 



  • Technical Support for sales teams: Develop and support the local and global sales teams with co-creation days, innovation days, demonstrations, new recipes and concepts. Present ideas for sales and marketing promotions, support existing customers in technical questions, presentation of CARMA products at fairs and events.


 



  • General technical support: Working closely with R&D department on developing new products, Involved in different projects within Barry Callebaut.


 



  • Effectively manage and lead the Chocolate Academy team. Improve their abilities and know-how with trainings and seminars.


 


 


Requirements:



  • Formal education as pastry chef with specialization in chocolate Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in chocolate segment and first leadership experience

  • High flexibility, creative, charismatic person

  • Languages German, English, French

  • Travel 40%
