As Client Services Specialist, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare and maintain marketing materials (factsheets, fund profiles, presentations);


• Prepare and create pitch presentations, working with Business Development and Investment Management teams;


• Complete scheduled and ad hoc quantitative requests (product performance-related and firm statistics);


• Provide client services support to the business development team located globally;


• Manage information between investment management, business development, compliance, legal and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, economics or finance;


• Good financial knowledge;


• Graduate to 3 years' work experience with a financial institution;


• Affinity with capital markets and financial instruments;


• Good MS Office skills required, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint;


• Fluent English required, other languages such as German is an advantage;


• Analytical and result-oriented approach;


• Independent problem-solving skills in business and technical domain;


• Highly motivated personality, flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
