Job Overview

TESOG, part of TE Connectivity Sensor Solutions, is looking for a Plant Controller with a 3 to 5 year experience on the job. You will be a proactive member of the finance team in Sensors where your main responsibilities will be actively supporting the financial controlling and the month end closing process.

The position will be located in Bevaix, Switzerland, reporting to the Finance Manager in Basel of the Sensors BU in EMEA.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Main responsibilities include, but not be limited to

• Provide support during closing process and initial review of results


• Monitor financial construction in progress and fixed asset spending


• Prepare and deliver all financial information related with plant performance, including standard costs and hourly rate, CERs, cost improvements, in compliance with TE Financial manual policies and practices


• Forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis for P&L and B/S accounts of the plant


• Coach the departments and the management team in terms of financial issues, the FCST process, and be first contact point for financial issues


• Cost savings review and tracking


• Provide general data to financial shared services (TESOG)


• Active management support


• Make sure TE Policy compliance is implemented and respected on site


• Coordinate Account receivable monitoring and manage the customer reminder process

 

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance


• Min. 3 years’ experience in a Finance role (plant controller, financial analyst, controller, etc.) in within an international company


• Knowledge or experience with SAP will be necessary


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel


• Fluent in English and French. German skills will be appreciated

Long Description

Qualifications :

• Diplôme ou Master en finance


• Un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine financier (contrôleur d’usine, analyste financier, contrôleur, etc.) au sein d’une entreprise internationale


• Des connaissances ou une expérience avec SAP seront nécessaires


• Bonne connaissance du Microsoft Office Package, notamment Excel


• Maitrise de l’anglais et du français. Des compétences en allemand seront appréciées
