The LGT Capital Partners’ Human Resources team at the headquarters in Pfäffikon is looking for a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Manager to provide high-quality HR services to business stakeholders, management and staff members. This includes the following tasks:

• Advise and support the business in all HR and employee relations related matters;


• Drive end-to-end recruitment process incl. business related requirements;


• Deal with the day-to-day operational HR aspects including employment queries, reporting, HR administration and processes;


• Manage the full employee life-cycle from onboarding to exit;


• Support employee and career development;


• Ensure compliance with the HR function’s legal and regulatory requirements;


• Enable international transfer requests;


• Participate in HR projects and provide support to the HR Business Partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification;    


• Several years of experience as HR Manager;


• Track record in an international environment;


• Experience in asset management or financial services is desired;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English;


• Full MS-Office literacy;


• Team-player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity;


• Focus on high-quality delivery and customer orientation;


• Ability to build and strengthen trustful business relationships;


• Discreet and trustworthy.
