From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drives the sales organization to meet or exceed all performance objectives through the effective management of field team resources.


  • Ensures an outstanding customer experience for account set specifically through helping their sales team provide Enterprise solutions.  


  • Helps coordinate operations and manage the relationship between inside, field sales and specialist,


  • Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing Account Executives,


  • May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level



Essential Requirements



  • Able to set priorities and keep team focused on the important tasks.

  • Thinks strategically.

  • Motivates and drives sales performance.

  • Builds strong relationships within and external to Dell.

  • Executive level presence.

  • Strong understanding of the customer/industry climate.




Experience



  • 5+years of continue experience on a Sales Position on Global Account

  • 10 or more years field sales experience

  • Roles in multiple segments or other businesses a preference.

  • trilingual (German, French and English)
