Contract negotiation & management; Manage and lead the drafting and negotiation process of critical contracts (NDAs, MAs, DESAs) with and for the involved BDE
New business acquisition for the Group
Establish and reinforce clear definition of target customer profile
Lead generation
Strategy formulation & execution
Support CSO when preparing the Master Growth Plan and the BD strategy
Drive Sales in your defined markets (e.g. UK and US)
Identify business opportunities and receive RFQs and all needed documentations, data and specifications for the quote process including clarification
Preparation and presentation of management reports
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in an engineering field (MBA a plus)
10+ years of senior level sales management plus contracting and/or BD experience at senior levels in technical fields / technology companies / electronics (manufacturing, supply chain, or operations experience a plus, especially in EMS sector)
Native English speaker, good German writing and communication skills (B2), other European or Asian languages a plus
Excellent commercial negotiation skills and experience in large, complex, international contract negotiations
Excellent selling skills in all situations and levels with customers
Good teamwork and situational leadership skills
Cost-conscious and efficient in all activities
