You manage your team of DeliveryManagers and Project Leaders, ensure that customer expectations are met, andprojects are delivered as ordered. Youmanage customer relationship, reporting, resource and revenue management. You establishcriteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs.You analyze client processes and recommending new business models, workflows,or innovative solutions to business problems that leverage technology toprovide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better userexperiences. You support Account Executive in customer proposal and participatein new business development.</p><p><b>YOUR PROFILE </b>You haveat least a Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent education. You have a technicalbackground in software engineering, strong understanding of softwaredevelopment process and hands on experience in Java, C++ or .Net. You leadedcustomer engagements with near-shore / off-shore delivery model and managedpeople. You are strong in building customer relations, working in virtualteams, ensuring to meet deadlines and targets, expected to have exceptionalorganization, leadership and stakeholder management skills. You are anexcellent communicator with the ability to correspond effectively with alllevels of Business and IT. You have fun thinking globally, acting locally andwork in multi-cultural teams around the globe. You are a problem solver withthe ability to effectively prioritize work.
