Our client, located with headquarter at Zurich Lake, is currenctly looking for a Executive Assistant (f/m) 100%<p> <b> Your challenges</b> </p> • Managing meetings, planning and organizing client visits with multiple stakeholders from across the world<br/> · Make international travel arrangements and manage expense reports<br/> · Create memos and documents with complex formatting in Word<br/> · Create and maintain Excel tables<br/> · Manage correspondence and administration support<br/> · Own matters of a routine nature to conserve management's time, such as reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications<br/> · Involvement and coordination of special projects<br/> · Coordinate and facilitate the approval, signing and filing of invoices<br/> · Distribute incoming mail and maintain office supply materials<br/> · Serve back-up to other Executive Assistant and Reception<br/> <br/> <p> <b> Your skills</b> </p> • Higher education in Business Administration or similar<br/> · Several years of working experience in a similar function in a international enviroment<br/> · Strong Microsoft Office sills, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br/> · Flexible and able to adapt to different priorities<br/> · Excellent written and verbal language skills both in English and German is a Must<br/> · High level of professionalism<br/> · Excellent organizational skills<br/> · Proactive personality service and solution-oriented<br/> <br/>
