Solution Manager SAP FI/CO m/w 80 - 100 %

Your main goal in this role will be to design and implement changes and new requirements to the global SAP FI/CO system in line with business needs. Further tasks include:

• Collaboration with Business Process Managers and development teams worldwide to achieve continuous business process improvements in the area of Finance and Controlling


• Analyze technology and IT industry trends for best-in-class business solutions and applications


• Project management or sub-project management to implement SAP system enhancements or rollouts based on defined business requirements


• Support SAP FI/CO rollouts in the Schindler Group (conduct gap analysis with local business owners, coordinate gap resolution, actively support and train the local FI/CO implementation teams)


• Safeguard our harmonized FI/CO business solutions across the Schindler companies in the global SAP system


• Interact with intercultural teams of Schindler employees from different zones and functions as well as external consultants


• Create technical documentation and ensure hand-over of implemented solutions to RUN organization, provide 3rd level support to RUN organization

Mobility needs you

You are a motivated and self starting person with an intellectual agility who is able to deal comfortably and quickly with complex business requirements and IT issues. Further qualifciations may include:

• Be an experienced SAP expert – especially in FI/CO modules


• Profound knowledge of financial business processes in an international company


• Possess communication and influencing skills with business leaders of various cultures


• Possess project management and leadership skills
