For or our client, a market-leading company in Zürich, we are currently looking for French speaking Technical Account Manager (m/f). You will be working with the wider Technical Account, Product, Engineering and Development teams to resolve complex technical problems around data and tools.<br/> If you have interests in e-Commerce and previous experience in a Partner Management/B2B support - than this job might be for you!<p> <b> Your challenges</b> </p> <li> Analyze and resolve complex technical problems around data and tools.</li> <li> Providing an end-to-end support and solution to the business partners.</li> <li> Support partners in integrating their data with internal e-commerce system.</li> <li> Understand how their data is structured and consult with them on the best way to integrate with internal e-commerce platform.</li> <li> Provide high touch technical support.</li> <li> Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from partnership teams.</li> <li> Work closely with Technical Services Product and Tools Operations, internal Product/Engineering and Development teams to establish operating processes, reporting cadence and ongoing communications with these stakeholders.</li> <li> Learn and build expertise on new processes, operational tools and tracking applications.</li> <li> Compile, analyze and report on relevant partner or support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li> <li> Drive optimizations and seek to reduce cost through tool or process improvements</li> <br/> <br/> <p> <b> Your skills</b> </p> <li> BA Degree; or in lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience</li> <li> Previous experience in a Partner Management/B2B support role.</li> <li> Relevant experience in a similar role: Technical Product Consultant/Manager, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Solutions Consultant, E-Commerce Product Manager, Account Manager with Operation Support background would be a plus.</li> <li> Experience in a project management role, working across cross-functional teams.</li> <li> Strong project management, analytical, troubleshooting, influencing and problem-solving skills</li> <li> Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion.</li> <li> Ability to provide effective and pro-active communication to various stakeholders.</li> <li> Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li> <li> Excellent written and spoken French - ability to communicate effectively, regardless of the audience</li> <br/> <br/>
