IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) Switzerland CIC is looking for a work student to coordinate and support management activities at the centre. We’re looking for candidates who would like to work part-time between 40-70 % (during their studies at a Swiss university or applied science school.)
While this position is predominately a practice group support function, you may also get the opportunity to participate in some special projects and take on additional responsibility.
This job includes manifold responsibilities, ranging from:
Support the management with operational as well as administrative activities on a periodic basis
Handle the onboarding of new employees joining the IBM CIC
Configuring the systems with Windows 10/macOS
Support new employees with mandatory tasks and other administrative activities
Project Management for ongoing engagements
Support for Management Reporting, Meeting preparation and minutes
Support in practice operations
Design, update and management of internal websites and marketing material
Client presentations and client documents
Provide active support with recruitment and talent acquisition
Event organisation
Research tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ideally you are studying either technology management, innovation management, business administration, computer science or economics.
You are a student, enrolled in a Swiss university or University of applied science and you are either a Swiss citizen or hold a residence permit B.
Written and spoken fluency in German (absolute must) and English. French would be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good time management skills.
Good technical skills with regards to installations and basic trouble shooting
Ability to work independently in a team environment with strong commitment to deliver tasks
Flexibility depending on incurring task to cope with timelines
Mobility (in Switzerland: mainly in Bern but with travel up to Zurich/Geneva)
Strong analytical skills, with capability demonstrated to apply logic reasoning to solve problems
Strong in MS-Office, especially with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create visually impacting and user-centric documents (e.g. presentations)
