The Client Innovation Center (CIC), a new, innovative and exciting part of IBM is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in regulatory projects
who is excited to explore new technologies and to join our dynamic team. This role will allow you to be a part of taking agile development to a new level and to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customers need, understand and communicate complex ideas in a form appropriate for a diverse audience.
As part of your daily, you will :
Elicit and analyze the requirements based on the in-house policy, including business process
Dialogue with the business to have the classification validated
Elaborate solution with the different key stakeholders
Being part of a very large project and key project for IBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Around 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst
Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving and modelization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Good knowledge of the French and English (written & spoken)
An ability to pro-actively take ownership of and resolve problems
The ability to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customer needs
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
