The Client Innovation Center (CIC), a new, innovative and exciting part of IBM is looking for a
Business Analyst with experience in regulatory projects
who is excited to explore new technologies and to join our dynamic team. This role will allow you to be a part of taking agile development to a new level and to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customers need, understand and communicate complex ideas in a form appropriate for a diverse audience.



As part of your daily, you will :

  • Elicit and analyze the requirements based on the in-house policy, including business process

  • Dialogue with the business to have the classification validated

  • Elaborate solution with the different key stakeholders

  • Being part of a very large project and key project for IBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise





  • Around 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving and modelization skills



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,

  • Good knowledge of the French and English (written & spoken)

  • An ability to pro-actively take ownership of and resolve problems

  • The ability to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customer needs

  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
