This job opportunity is made for a qualified candidate who enjoys supporting the company's success and its unique business approach with compliant processes.

Your Main Tasks

• Advise in general legal matters such as corporate, regulatory, compliance related topics and NDAs and supplier contracts


• Legal advice on Marketing and Distribution activities in Switzerland and cross-boarder


• Legal advice in the broad field of asset management and investment products, including drafting and negotiating related agreements, advise on structuring of investment vehicles and draft/review respective legal documentation (prospectus, PMM or OM)


• Actively monitor Swiss and international legal and regulatory developments in the financial sector and initiate implementation of relevant changes in the internal framework

Your Experience and Skills

• Master degree in law


• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, in-house or law firm


• Legal knowledge of Swiss and EU financial market regulation


• Client oriented with focus on continuous improvement; high degree of initiative, reliability and ability to work in international and cross-functional teams


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German and French; any other language would be a plus


• High interest in and enthusiasm for impact investing
