  • An exciting opportunity in IT Service Management within the International Wealth Management organisation (IWM) Solution Delivery & Engineering (SD&E) organization

  • This newly created role of Business Relationship Management (BRM) will require close interaction with various business partners and IT groups to understand business aspirations and strategy to ensure ‘Run the Bank’ (RtB) resources are prioritized accordingly

  • You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the International Wealth Management business

  • The chance to design and implement business relevant optics for critical IT services; by understanding the business needs/strategy, and by identifying objectively measurable critical metrics, which can be monitored and reported on.

  • Take a forward-looking view to ensure value of IT service delivery is optimized to support the business strategy appropriately e.g. capacity to support revenue growth, cost optimization, stability/availability to improve client value etc.

  • The responsibility to maintain the IT Service Catalogue for IWM and ensure it aligns with the business view of IT services and the organization strategy

  • Develop customer feedback channels and take ownership and accountability form overall customer satisfaction of RtB services


You Offer

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years working either in an IT Service Management function or supporting a Wealth Management business

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English with German additionally as an advantage

  • A deep understanding of end to end software delivery process from requirements gathering through to maintenance would be beneficial

  • You are highly organized and capable of understanding, documenting, and explaining complex processes

  • Ability to work autonomously and develop a new role independently in order to build value for the organization

  • Consistent record of accomplishment for establishing and maintaining networks within both IT and the business.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.

  • Experience with Tableau or data visualization in general would be helpful
