We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Scientist for a Postdoctoral Fellowship position in the Systems Toxicology Department, with the following assets: PhD in cellular and molecular biology Expertise in stem cell (progenitor cell) biology with an emphasis on stem cell genetic engineering Experience with standard cell biological techniques Expertise in CRISPR/Cas technology and viral transfection Experience in the development of cell-based assays, preferably in the field of airway cells Sound knowledge of reporter-gene systems, viability/toxicity assays and measurement of cellular stress parameters Knowledge of 3D tissue culture generation and characterization is preferred Basic understanding of omics technologies is desirable Fluent in English As a Postdoctoral Fellow you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will develop functional screens of genetically engineered progenitor cells and demonstrate their utility for Product assessment.
