The Challenge:


Do you want to work in an international and engaged team to participate in the company strategy of digitalization? We are looking for a new team member for our global Regulatory Affairs / Quality Management (RAQM) team based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland as Product Documentation Expert.


In this role you have to develop, maintain and operate digital tools to perform the various tasks of product document management


 


 


The Position:



  • Create and maintain tools for efficient creation, update maintenance and analysis of product documents and regulatory dossiers.

  • RIMS system administrator

  • Business administrator of PLM Project

  • Be part of the Global RAQM-Operations: back-up team members where appropriate

  • Be the key user EDM and collaboration services (allowed to submit tickets)·

  • Work on projects / special assignments, like PLM project team, “Product Documentation” Stream


 


The Ideal:



  • Apprenticeship in IT or Document Management

  • Ideally 2-3 years experiences with electronic document management system

  • Proven record of achievements in the field of document management or administration of IT systems

  • Knowledge of a scripting language (PowerShell or VBA or Perl or Python) or SQL language is required

  • Microsoft Word Expert Certification (or equivalent) is required

  • Quick learner in a diverse environment (cultures, processes, contact points, industries, etc.)

  • Well organized, with a great sense for accurate and prompt service delivery

  • Affinity for systems, track & trace activities

  • Pleasant communicator and team player

  • Sense of emergency, and customer focus

  • Fluent in English written and oral, other languages are an advantage
