Jet Aviation as an international company offers numerous possibilities for development and opens reams of professional perspectives.In order to reinforce the Finance team in Basel we are currently recruiting for anFinancial Analyst Aftermarket (m/f)Overall job purpose is to lead the controlling of the aftermarket line of business and to administer the controlling of large in-flow maintenance and refurbishment projects. The Financial Analyst provides operational and financial status information on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the controlling of the after-market line of business

   - Calculate monthly WIP, project stock
     and provisions
  - Liaise with after-market sales and operations
    to provide the most accurate financial information

• Compile information for the controlling of large in-flow maintenance and refurb projects

   - Liaise with billing, finance, sales and operations
     to obtain the most up to date financial information
     for maintenance project
   - Compile financial information into weekly
     statement

   - Analyze the weekly estimate till complete (ETC)
     information and update reports accordingly

• Liaise with Group and Regional Finance to support the monthly and ad hoc reporting


• Support in the Month End process and prepare Month End documentation


• Support the yearly budgeting process

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related professional field from an accredited university


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Controlling/Finance


• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PCA Modules


• Experience in General Aviation industry is an advantage


• Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
