The Financial Analyst provides operational and financial status information of ongoing and delivered projects.Main Responsibilities
Work with Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production and Sales & Design to collect estimates and prepare quotations for new projects and/or AWR (Additional Work Request process; prepare, issue and follow up on AWRs from customer or internally, collect necessary customer approval, maintain related systems (CRM, SAP, etc.), issue additional down payment requests)
Prepare monthly ad-hoc reports such as headcount, manpower, production hours, etc.
Lead the controlling of R&D type initiatives
Liaise with Group and Regional Finance to support the monthly and ad hoc reporting
Implement hedging strategies for project cash in- and outflow
Support in the Month End process and prepare Month End documentation
Support the yearly budgeting process
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related professional field from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Controlling/Finance
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PCA Modules
Knowledge of FX management
Experience in General Aviation industry is an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
