In addition, you will be responsible for opening accounts, prepare meeetings and reviews as well as serve as direct contact for clients.Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM in administrative and commercial activities

  • Administrative tasks at customer openings and other documentations

  • Prepare client meetings, proposals and conduct reviews

  • Monitor client portfolios and issues

  • Risk management

  • Credit monitoring

  • Direct point of contact for clients

Profiles

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education

  • Several years of professional experience in the (private) banking and asset management sector

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • IT-affinity, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, Avaloq are a plus

  • Reliable, capable of working independently and systematically meeting deadlines

  • Team-oriented and client focused working approach. Ability to work with various stakeholders

  • Excellent written and oral English, oral Hebrew is a strong plus
