Aufgaben :


- Manage an engineering team consisting of around eight staff members
- Drive the group to scientific excellence and strong R&D project execution
- Shape and drive our technology roadmap, with a strong focus on technological leadership
- Support the process development activities
- Maintain and build-up a strong network to our research partners
- Define the priorities within your group in close collaboration with your peers, inside and outside of R&D
- Promote the teamwork with colleagues from all disciplines and work areas
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, always striving for state-of-the-art solutions and high level of work efficiency


Anforderungen:


- PhD degree in physics, electrical engineering or related field, with focus on semiconductors devices
- Proven track record in semiconductor device development with sound understanding on power electronic is a strong plus
- Experience in people management as direct supervisor, project manager or other management activity
- Solid understanding of development work within R&D organization and experienced in using today’s software tools and capabilities
- Proven analytic skills, combined with broad technical interest and sound quality thinking
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Convincing personality, able to find the balance between different priorities and project needs
