Job Description

You are a Pro in Troubleshooting, Performance Analysis and you love to maintain and expand technical landscapes? Learning and innovation is your driver? We are looking for you as a member of the team that has the focus on our productive SAP landscape. For the collaboration cross functionally, you should be a passionate professional, used working independently with an innovative mindset and focused on customer solutions. In this role you will be part of the SAP Technical Consulting & Development team of five employees, the position is based in Basel, Switzerland and reports to the Head of SAP Technical Consulting & Development.

TASKS

• Operational responsibility for our broad SAP landscape


• Support of the architecture board with on premise- and cloud specific topics


• Technical responsibility for upgrade and migration projects


• Support of ICT team in architecture and capacity planning


• Support of the SAP module teams (SD/MM, FI/CO, PLM, PP, QM, HCM, CRM, BW) in the area of SAP technical issues

Qualifications

• Higher technical computer science education with FH/HF degree or equivalent experience


• 5+ years operational responsibility for a productive SAP landscape (ERP, CRM, BW, HCM, Sapportal, PI, GRC)


• 5+ years SAP project experience (upgrade, migrations, integrations)


• Deep understanding of the technical SAP landscape (HANA DB, Netweaver stack) and competent handling of security- and authentication-relevant topics


• In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting and performance analysis


• Plan, build and run thinking approach to set the basis for maintaining and expanding a lean, robust environment


• Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking


• High degree of independence and self-reliant way of working


• Team player, flexible, resilient and internal customer orientation


• Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English


• Part of the job would be stand-by/ on-call service
