My client is a company in the Blockchain industry with its office centrally located in Zug. On their behalf I am looking for a qualified and reliable self-starter as a

Senior Finance Manager

Within a small team you will be in charge of the following duties:

• Responsible for the financial accounting for all Swiss legal entities


• Presentation and reporting to the CFO of the monthly financial result and ad hoc analysis as required


• Prepare reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis


• Manage the annual budget process


• Identification and implementation of process improvements


• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and reports to upper executives


• Cash Management


• Manage the Cryptocurrency Wallets


• Manage complex revenue stream and accounts receivable


• Prepare tax returns and VAT returns


• Oversee all audit and internal control operations


• Implement the internal control system and provides the Board of Directors with a comprehensive reports


• Work closely with the legal and compliance department


• Occasional travel activities (max. 20 %) 

In order to successfully take over above responsibilities your background ideally looks as follows:

• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or Swiss Certified Specialist in Finance and Accounting with at least 5 years of experience in different functions within Finance 


• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws and best practices


• Analytical mindset with strategic ability


• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting


• Excellent organizational skills


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


• Diligent and control focused working style with ability to set priorities and work independently


• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software


• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
