To support our Tournaments & Events Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a proactive and flexible person with the ability to work in a cross-divisional team as a:
Maps & Drawings Coordinator
Your duties


  • Producing Maps & Drawings for FIFA Tournaments & Events, focusing on space and area allocation, and the visualisation of operational planning

  • Creating and updating a wide range of technical, detailed and graphical drawings

  • Processing (2D & 3D) raw data into base maps, in preparation for operational content

  • Ensuring a consistent quality standard, drawing structure and set-up across all Tournaments & Events

  • Ensuring that Maps & Drawings are up to date, stored and correctly distributed in a suitable format

  • Supporting various stakeholders (internal and external) in the delivery of Maps & Drawings

  • Participating in regular review meetings to process any change requirements for Maps & Drawings

Our requirements


  • Qualified construction draftsman (required)

  • Higher education qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) in architecture, engineering, construction (preferred)

  • Two to three years of experience in generating technical maps and drawings

  • Work experience with design and planning tools, as well as vector graphics editing

  • Auto CAD (proficiency required)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (proficiency required)

  • Revit (proficiency an asset)

  • Site planning and event related experience (an asset)

  • Experience with online collaboration tools (an asset)

  • Advanced skills in MS Office

  • Fluent in English, ideally good level of one of the other three FIFA languages (German, French or Spanish)

  • Ability to work under pressure (to project deadlines)

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use of tact/discretion

  • Team player with a flexible and cooperative approach to project work

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
