What it's about

• Efficiently manage complex structuring projects


• Draft agreements, offering memoranda and documentation relating to investment structures (funds, mandates, financing solutions)


• Research tax, legal, regulatory and accounting considerations relevant to specific clients, products and jurisdictions


• Support the collaboration with external legal advisors and other service providers


• Support the design and implementation of innovative product and investment structures


• Support negotiations of terms and conditions with clients and service providers


• Support business development efforts (presentations, client meetings, etc.)
   

What we expect

• Recent graduate, with up to 1-2 years of relevant work experience and internships



• Passion for and knowledge of the latest trends in the LegalTech industry 



• Top academic credentials in law, business administration or finance


• Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong desire to learn and succeed


• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects at any one time


• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties


• Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus
