Rewards Analyst – Long Term Incentive Plan Team

                                                                                                                                        As a Rewards Analyst in the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Team, you will support the team in the following way:   
Key responsibilities    

  • Support key processes of the LTI Rewards activities

  • Support data processing, reporting and control, using SAP and Excel

  • Prepare key performance indicators and statistics

  • Liaise with the different countries and provide accurate and timely inputs to facilitate payroll processing

  • Contribute to design and implement the future LTI solutions    


Required profile  

  • CFC, BSc or equivalent in business administration or related field

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Rewards, HR Analytics, Employee Services or Payroll           

  • Solid Excel Office skills to manage and process data, SAP would be a plus

  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus
