We are currently looking for a Digital Commercial Insight Coordinator . In this position, you will build a holistic view of how consumers and prospects are engaging with all digital and trade touchpoints through data and analytics (internal & external), applying those insights to identify trends and support management and decision makers to accelerate data driven Business decisions for machine and coffee sales.
Use multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis
Continuously track and optimize online acquisition campaigns in partnership with the Digital Acquisition Project Manager
Ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked and aligned with CRM team
Provide detailed analysis of merchandizing zones performance to refine understanding of winning combinations (menu/pages/section/placement/creative)
Monitor machines sales and new members acquisition on all channels (eCommerce, CRC, Boutiques)
Ensure the relevant formulae are implemented based on historical data, seasonality & business variables
Produce regular reporting and periodic research into key consumer segments and digital product usage
Degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance required
