For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated PMO Project Manager.


Main Tasks


As a PMO Project Manager RDLS (Roche Diagnostics Learning Solutions) you will become part of the GCS Project Management Office which is embedded in the Project & Lifecycle Governance (PLG) team.


The PMO Project Manager is responsible to support the Roche Diagnostics Learning Solution implementation projects by coordinating day to day activities ensuring the implementation projects are delivered on time as scoped. You will work closely with a wide area of stakeholders; all three business regions (Asia Pacific, EMEA/LATAM and North America), their affiliates and the global business team. Your strong project and stakeholder management skills will be fundamental for the success of the program.


You will mainly work on:



  • In collaboration with the global core team, help establish a vision of the project management approach and templates to assist in solution implementations within each planned country, as well as projects in content development and learning management system

  • Harmonize project plans across several program sub teams to ensure efficient use of resources while avoiding over utilization

  • Manage project information to support the project team, management teams (e.g. project steering) and decision making

  • Responsible for tactical coordination of dependencies, and timelines for the project and functions within the project

  • Communicate, monitor and update tasks and project deliverables / milestones

  • Act as single point of control for project data

  • Organize internal project-meetings (set agenda, write, edit and distribute minutes)

  • Enabling and supporting the identification and tracking of project risks


Requirements



  • Excellent project management skills with several years of project management experience, ideally in the healthcare / life science environment, focusing on global implementation projects with overlapping and competing schedules

  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage

  • Strong organizational, methodological and communication skills

  • Ability to capture complex problems, analyze them and translate them into project management solutions

  • Agile and flexible thinker with ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities

  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% or more globally

  • Experience in enterprise-class project management tools and software


The position is limited to 1 year with a potential extension to 2 years.
