Head of Digital HR & Employee Experience

Mission

As Head of Digital HR and Employee Experience, you will be responsible for driving the digital evolution of HR, developing or introducing digital solutions and improving both the way HR works and the employee experience overall. You will lead the digitization of existing HR processes, services and solutions but also the introduction of new services and solutions which could be enabled through a digital approach. You will champion employee experience and will ensure HR Solutions are fit for purpose from a user (and not only HR) perspective. You will report to the COO of HR and you will be part of the HR Solutions leadership team.


 

Responsibilities

 



  • Act as an inspirational leader for the Digital HR and Employee Experience team, composed of technology, digital and employee experience experts;

  • Develop a strategy for the digital evolution of HR which is equally build on quick win solutions and on more long term transformational efforts;

  • Own and drive the entire HR IT system landscape development including both real time and analytical tools;

  • Lead the transition of on premise HR IT systems to the cloud, considering the security and data confidentiality constraints;

  • In collaboration with the Head of People Analytics, develop an analytics infrastructure that enables descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analyses;

  • Develop and embed HR user experience best practices with HR solutions and services to ensure HR is delivering the best possible user experience to our employees;

  • Introduce effective ways to measure the HR user experience (e.g.; NPS), monitor this over time and identify/ implement any potential corrective actions;

  • Develop an Employee Experience at Pictet methodology along the employee life cycle and identify all the “moment that matters” , resulting in the definition of a clear roadmap of initiatives that will lead to a significant improvement of the employee experience at Pictet;

  • Incubate new HR solutions that can evolve into future CoE over time, initially manage them following a start-up approach while scaling them up to achieve full maturity;

  • Act as the innovation engine within HR leveraging both internal and external networks, challenging senior HR and business leaders on what is possible in HR;

  • Disseminate digital knowledge, practices, tools and framework within the function and act as the HR digital authority;

  • Support complex projects with HR, using your project management skills.

Profile

 



  • University degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration;

  • Passionate for new technologies, digital tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning;

  • Outstanding track record of having led digital transformations in complex, multicultural environments;

  • Profound knowledge of the HR digital landscape ranging from established solutions (Success Factor, Workday, ServiceNow) to more emerging ones (Yello, SmashFly,…);

  • SAP/ Success Factor pundit;

  • Proven experience in having led Employee Experience programs with demonstrable improvement in the Employee Experience at company level;

  • Authority in the field of Design Thinking, User Experience, Employees Journey Mapping;

  • World-class problem solving and communication skills, able to find simple solutions to complex problems and convey them through a clear and compelling narrative;

  • Astute stakeholder managers, able to influence and build alignment around new ways of doing things;

  • Entrepreneurial, risk takers and at ease with navigating ambiguity;

  • Relentlessly resilient;

  • English fluency is a must. French is an advantage;

  • At least 8-10 years of work experience;

  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
