A unique chance to work closely with the Head of Regulatory Change Delivery SUB/IWM, an N-3 function, and to be close to global end-to-end change programs with high strategic and operative impact
A role to support him effectively and efficiently regarding preparation of senior meeting material, decision papers, coordination of strategic questions, keep budget and headcount oversight, including forecasting, charging and reconciliation, oversight and tracking
A key position in which you represent the interface to key business partners and management
To work closely with his direct reports regarding the coordination of status, achievements, outlook and escalation topics
A challenging and interesting role with in-depth involvement in strategic aspects of the banks top priority regulatory change initiatives (e.g. consumer protection regulations like MIFID 2/ FIDLEG, client tax regulations; capital and legal entity regulations; (L)IBOR transition, etc.)

Depending on your skills and interest, the role can be combined with an entry position into Client Outreach and Training within the Client Communication Team: In this role, you assess and apply effective and efficient change tools to different target groups – in accordance with the banks governance as well as client needs/ business models; you can lead campaigns from conceptual planning until implementation and control phase

You Offer
Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, banking or finance
A minimum of 3 years professional experience in consulting or comparable change functions, ideally obtained in the financial services industry
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with focus to the detail
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who show a high level of initiative and flexibility
Profound analytical skills and the ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through the resolution (“get things done”)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and your ability to communicate and influence business partners enables you to quickly gain trust and build up effective relationships
Excellent verbal and written and target audience oriented communication skills in English and German is required
You present a hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented attitude with an open-minded character
You are passionate about working in a dynamic and international work environment on highly challenging topics and constant change
