We Offer
A challenging role within General Counsel as LISA (Local Information Security Administrator) and OE (Organisational Entity) controller
You will be administering and responsible for control, scrutiny and authorization of access rights in compliance with the need-to-know principle and relevant security regulations (policies and standards as well as area-specific guidelines)
You have the opportunity to develop your skills as LISA in the area of technical and operational access rights administration through quality circles, updates, continuing professional development and notifications
Through close collaboration with General Counsel colleagues you provide a valuable support to determine necessary and appropriate access rights
You will perform periodic reviews of access rights (e.g. recertification) and compile appropriate system access recommendations for line managers
Administering and managing the General Counsel OE structure to best reflect the hierarchy of each General Counsel group,
You will coordinate changes to OE data attributes and advise General Counsel staff of relevant guidelines, timelines, and best practices for structural design
Open to discussing flexible / agile working
You Offer
A successfully completed apprenticeship in banking or IT or similar
With your profound knowledge of banking processes/systems and a strong IT affinity you are a good asset to our team
If you gathered experience of access rights management processes this would be a plus
Working proficiency in English and German
You present a structured way of thinking and work independently while showing initiative and a high level of reliability
You show strong analytical skills as well as pay attention to detail and quality
You are open-minded and have a natural ease to combine strong interpersonal skills with a positive personality
You are able to communicate efficiently and in ways appropriate to those being addressed in the interest of building up and maintaining a balanced professional network
