  • Opportunity to work for a dynamic international team in a Business Management function for International Wealth Management (IWM) Compliance

  • Working with Senior Management in the area of Management Support and Communications and drive and develop senior management decks through thoughtful data collection, analysis and  value adding information building

  • Support and organization of townhalls, offsites and leadership events to further develop the IWM CCO community/identity/branding

  • Formalizing and professionalizing the Communications Strategy, through rolling out of key communications activities in alignment with the Leadership team both in IWM Compliance and IWM Business

  • Organize key Human Capital Development Events including global specific Regional events, brownbags/lunch & learn, Pulse Surveys, team building events, etc.

  • Create, promote and increase social media channels, including maintenance of all communications channels such as GG mailbox, Sharepoint, Travel Calendar, etc.

  • Coordination and consolidation of key inputs for senior management, inlcluding ExCo Members within CCRO and IWM Business

  • Proven track record in a similar role within Business Management/COO environment within a global matrix-structured environment

  • Ability to interact and present to Senior management and to structure and be analytical as well as creative

  • Steep learning curve, ability to pick up concept quickly, can structure concepts and ideas

  • Excellent time management and communications skills

  • Real Passion for excellence, highly creative, motivated and dependable

  • Are you a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and passionate about time management and communication with team heads and business partners? This would be a strong asset for us.

  • Do you possess a collaborate attitude, paired with the ability to work independently?

  • Good and professional experience in the Communications space, including appropriate tools (e.g. Inxmail, PowerPoint and design tools, social media channels a plus)

  • You have excellent written and language skills (English a requirement, German is advantageous) and are open to international and dynamic working environment
