Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation


Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Finance and/or Strategy.

We offer:

  • You are actively involved in our Business Management team, thereby obtaining an in-depth insight into the overall risk management (e.g. management controls, weekly key risk indicators, monthly Control Performance Indicators etc.)

  • You will assist our team on specific risk topics, liaising in between Front and First Line of Defense (e.g. RiskSaver, Recommendation Report etc.) and ensuring remediation actions are defined and successfully implemented

  • You have the opportunity to participating in processes related to the fine-tuning of the International Private Client Emerging Markets strategy and corresponding implementation

  • You will gain experiences in specific financial topic deep dives & analysis (e.g. Net New Assets, Sales, Revenues, Cost, etc.)

  • You will support Market Area Head in running the agenda and on a few other administrative topics (i.e. Expenses, etc.)
