  • Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are offering an interesting position as Productivity and Investment Cost Management Lead within the Group COO Strategy Sourcing and Execution Function

  • Articulate, communicate and implement key processes to ensure integrity of progress of initiatives to support external commitments, including updating of monthly actuals, reconciliation to GL financials

  • The possibility to be either senior member or team lead with people management responsibilities

  • Create various reports and analysis for Senior Management forums (eg Cost StC, FPC) which includes analysis presentation regarding initiatives performance

  • Calculate and create key metrics and KPIs of the Division/Function portfolios

  • Update process documentation and guidelines to ensure consistent approach across Division/Functions

You Offer

 

  • University degree (Business Administration or another relevant field) or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in either PMO/program management or within a Finance Function

  • Strong financial acumen, as well as analytical and conceptual skills

  • Ability to understand new sources of data and link processes end-to-end

  • Build relationships across all corporate titles and continuously extend your network across the organization

  • Proven ability to communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of Management in a clear and concise manner

  • A constructive and organized approach to your work and to a feedback culture; excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment

  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements to operational activities

  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills. OnePPM experience beneficial.

  • Fluency in English
